We live in a world that feasts on the weak, that builds up on the weaknesses and because weakness and insecurity are beneficial for business society keeps feeding them. 

Everything has to be sugarcoated otherwise you are heartless and emotionless, a robot, but what sometimes we don’t realize is that life will beat your ass off, will kick your ass and let you rotten on the floor if you allow it. Nothing will ever be handed to you, life is not fair, it isn’t for anybody, but despite being not so easy you always have a choice. You can make it your bitch, if you dare!

Vivimos en un mundo que se alimenta de los débiles, que construye sobre las debilidades y porque las debilidades e inseguridades son beneficiosas para los negocios la sociedad continua alimentándolas.

Todo tiene que ser endulzado o de otros modos no tienes corazón y eres un robot sin emociones, pero lo que no solemos darnos cuenta es que la vida te pateará el culo, te dará un buen golpe y dejará que te pudras en el suelo si lo permites. Nada te será entregado, la vida no es justa, no lo es para nadie, pero a pesar de no ser tan fácil siempre tienes elección. Puedes hacer de ella tu puta, si te atreves!


The problem with this attitude of sugarcoating things is that it generates dishonesty, untruthfulness and negativity because you know something is not quite right in your gut but can’t really see through the bullshit you have been fed your whole life.

There was a time when I wish I had had someone kick my ass, not life, someone, someone to tell me: hey, you, wake up! You are doing something wrong! 


El problema con esta actitud de endulzar las cosas es que genera deshonestidad, falsedad y negatividad porque tu intuición te hace saber que algo no está del todo bien pero no eres capaz de ver a través de la bias de la que has estado alimentando toda tu vida.

Hubo un tiempo en el que deseé que alguien me diera la patada en el culo que necesitaba, no la vida, alguien, alguien que me dijera: eh tú! Despierta! Estás haciendo algo mal!


When we are kids is good to encourage the gifts, the marvelous, the magic within and to promote growth and expansion of the mind but once you are grown truth should be more powerful than faking it. 

The world is full of unaccomplished kids, adults that carry a kid inside their hearts as a burden, diseases grow, anger and negativity feasts on humanity and yet we dare to blame others for our own mistakes. I think is quite insane, don’t you think? 


Cuando somos niños es bueno recordarnos los regalos, lo maravilloso, la magia en nuestro interior y promover también el crecimiento y la expansión de la mente pero una vez creces la verdad debería ser más poderosa que fingir.

Este mundo esta lleno de niños con sueños que jamás se cumplieron, adultos que cargan dentro de ellos un niño como una carga pesada, las enfermedades crecen, la ira y la negatividad se alimentan de la humanidad y aún todavía tenemos el atrevimiento de culpar a otros por nuestros errores. Creo que es una locura, no crees?


Look inward, look inside, dare to look and tell me you are flawless, that you aren’t filled with mixed feelings, that you don’t have a shadow, that you wouldn’t hit someone that angers you, that you are a saint! Ha, gotcha! Nobody can, it’s been said and engraved in us that to be spiritually evolved you are kind, sweet and tender, that you don’t step on someone else’s zone, that you respect, but that servant mentality has people trapped in unwanted situations for life. 

It’s funny how the lower classes support restrictive laws more than the privileged. We live in a society that creates Stockholm syndrome in our minds, we are beaten up but we are still grateful for the pain because hey! we are alive and we have a rooftop over our heads.


Mira en tu interior, mira dentro, te reto a que mires y me digas que no tienes fallos, que no tienes sentimientos encontrados, que no tienes sombra, que no le darías un tortazo a alguien que te enfada, que eres santo! Ha, te tengo! Nadie puede, se ha dicho y se nos ha quedado grabado que para ser espiritualmente evolucionado eres amable, dulce y tierno, que no invades el espacio de otros, que respetas, pero esta mentalidad servil es lo que hace que las personas estén atrapadas de por vida en situaciones dolorosas.

Es gracioso como las clases más inferiores apoyan leyes restrictivas más que los privilegiados. Vivimos en una sociedad que crea el síndrome de Estocolmo en nuestras mentes, nos dan golpes pero todavía estamos agradecidos por el dolor porque hey! estamos vivos y tenemos un techo sobre nuestras cabezas.


Whilst I am a sucker for gratitude and I remind myself daily that being in the game is the journey I also wanted to share that depending and blaming on others is poison. 

But it’s the trend, nothing is ever nobody’s fault but “them”! Funny! 

Society is you, me, each one of us, we are, hence it’s in you to change yourself and generate a domino effect.

At some point you have to take responsibility and say even though it hurts like hell: I fucked up, gonna make it right this time! 


Aunque soy una fan de la gratitud y me recuerdo a mí misma cada día que estar en el juego es el viaje también quería compartir que depender y culpar a otros es veneno.

Pero es tendencia, nada es culpa de nadie pero de “ellos”! Que risa!

La sociedad eres tú, soy yo, cada uno de nosotros, somos, por lo tanto está en tu mano cambiarte a ti mismo y generar el efecto dominó.

En algún momento tienes que tomar responsabilidad y decir aunque duela a muerte: la jodí, lo haré bien esta vez!

  • You can’t stand criticism, every negative comment you take it personally and your skin is so thin that you would breakdown if you heard the truth. 
  • You are a people pleaser, a sucker for attention, love and positivity. Being left out  of the tribe gives you chills so you’d rather walk head down and fire within until the fire bends your back and you forget who you are.
  • You think you are the shit and you’d rather fake it than asking for help, exiting the situation, confronting someone, setting boundaries or simply believing in yourself and embracing your flaws and all. 
  • You overthink your every move when the truth is you do and if it goes not so good you do it again, better or differently. Focus on the end goal and let go of the how.
  • You think that you have time and the time to start never comes, remeber that today could be your last day, instead of getting depressed use this fact to move your ass and do something every day that moves you closer to the person that you see in your visions and you are capable of becoming.

*Bonus: You think you don’t deserve the abundance, wealth and success you are born to have so you don’t even bother and stay bitter and settle.

  • No soportas las críticas, te tomas los comentarios negativos a lo personal y tu piel es tan delicada que se rompería si escuchase la verdad.
  • Te gusta complacer a la gente, estás desesperado por atención, amor y positivismo. Quedarte fuera de la tribu te da escalofríos así que prefieres caminar con la cabeza agachada y un fuego en tu interior que dobla tu espalda y te olvidas de quien eres.
  • Crees que eres la hostia y prefieres seguir pretendiendo que pedir ayuda, salir de la situación, enfrentarte a alguien, poner límites o simplemente creer en ti mismo lo suficiente y aceptarte por complete con tus fallas incluídas.
  • Piensas demasiado cada paso que das cuando el truco está en hacer y si no sale tan bien lo vuelves a hacer mejor o diferente, enfócate en la meta final y deja de preocuparte en el cómo.
  • Crees que tienes tiempo y el momento de empezar nunca llega, recuerda que hoy podría ser tu último día, en lugar de deprimirte utiliza este hecho para mover el culo y hacer cada día algo que te acerque a la persona que ves en tus visiones y que eres capaz de ser.

You will think, what’s the point of all this if the world is so fucked up? Why should I even bother? Well, because the world is each one of us and my responsibility is nothing else and nothing more than creating the most amazing story for myself. And you should do the same. 

Forget others.

What you supposedly owe others.

What they think you are.

What you are supposed to be doing because of your age, race, gender, nationality, whatever!

Forget all of it and have the balls to see the first step and take the stairs! Which sounds super cliche but it’s so true!

Who said you can’t do something? You are setting yourself for failure by limiting your creation!

You and your desire to please. 


Llegados a este punto dirás, cuál es el punto si el mundo está tan jodido? Por qué debería siquiera importarme? Bueno, porque el mundo somos cada uno de nosotros y es mi responsabilidad, nada más y nada menos que crear la historia más maravillosa para mi vida. Y tú deberías hacer lo mismo.

Olvídate de los demás.

Lo que se supone que debes estar haciendo debido a tu edad, raza, género, nacionalidad, o lo que sea!

Olvídalo todo y ten los cojones de ver el primer escalón y tomar las escaleras! Lo que suena súper cliché pero es cierto!

Quién te dijo que no puedes hacer algo? Te estás condenando al fracaso al limitar tu creación!

Get your shit together because as much as you can ask for help, listen to podcasts and read books, your life is your responsibility, everybody else is busy doing them. 

The fear of success is bigger than the fear of falling because if you succeed you fear being an outcast, an outsider, when the truth is, once you become who you are, once you absolutely follow who you are destined to be, the world will be there to hold your hand, a more honest and truthful part of the world. 

Some people will leave yes, they have to, you will be tested, you will be left with nothing but you, and that’s the miracle, discovering that no matter what you always have YOU! 

That’s your power!

The 10 best ways to get things done, better and faster!

Have you ever asked yourself if it’s possible to get more things done, better and faster? 

It is possible. 

And you may ask, how?

Prioritising. Making sure that first of all you have a clear vision, goals set in place, targets to achieve and that you are tracking your progress.

If you are just starting to set goals and this task seems daunting, start with creating the habit of daily to do lists, marking those tasks in your calendar and limiting them to 5.

Those 5 things must be aligned with your main goals.

So here the 10 best ways to get things done, better and faster!

1) Know your goals, if you know where you are going it’s “easier” to break the goals down and create small phases, chunks of activities that need to be done by certain time in order to achieve the bigger goal. This can be applied to business and life. Once you know where you want to be, everything else is a time waster. What are you willing to sacrifice to be your best?

2) Prioritise using your cold blood aka.wisdom, know which tasks are urgent, important, not urgent, urgent but not important, and delegate the ones that aren’t important at all. You have to be 200% focused in what needs to be done. If you can’t delegate/outsource for whatever reason, make sure you do them at the speed of light in the last part of the day.

3) Know your best hour. Some researchs say that the hours before 12pm are the most productive ones. Use your first hours to meditate, exercise, clear your mind and start the day strong with the most important tasks. As the day goes by, tackle the social activities and other commitments that you might have.

4) Learn to say no! I can’t stress this one often enough to my clients. Say no! This is your life, you are the director, the creator, say no to BS, to projects and requests that come when you are working on your main tasks, to chit chat that drains your energy, keep your head in the game and stay focused. Anything that is not related to any of your goals is procrastination. If you need help with this one you can always ask me for more tips.

5) This on is my saviour and now instead of just planning the day before I plan weeks, months and even years in advance. Plan ahead! Have a list of the 5 main tasks that you need to accomplish the next day so that when you go to bed your mind is clear and even though it might take a while to fall sleep (been there) just be disciplined enough to stay in bed because your tasks are set and your body needs rest.

6) Track your distractions, seriously. Write down every time you look at your phone, stand up for a cup of coffee, change the music, speak to someone or a fly enters the room. Once you are aware of the distractions have the will power to switch everything off and focus in the task at hand.

7) Outsource as much as you can. There is an app for almost everything right now, the small bits of the day need to be done,  fine, find. someone who can do them or simply declutter and live minimal while you are building. Your choice, your time.

8) Meditate, this one may sound spiritual, gipsy, too new age or whatever, still, the benefits of meditation have been globally proven and again, there are amazing apps like Headspace that can help you clear your mind. You might think is a joke until you test it, you commit, you do it for 90 days and seeing the results you have to keep going.

9) Take care of yourself. This one should be number 1. You are the machine, the engine that is moving everything in your life. This was the turning point for me, I want to retire young and sexy, so first is the mind, then the body and then everything else. This is a marathon, not a race, a journey. Live long, live well, eat healthy, sleep your hours, exercise and rest when you have to in order to balance your energies. You MUST be at the top of your to do list! Daily!

10) Wake up earlier! Ask yourself how many hours are you wasting just chilling in the sofa? How many hours scrolling the Facebook feed? Even if not hours, simply half and hour of wasted time is that, wasted life. I recommend this blocker, works with Chrome, for the Facebook feed when you are working.

How to grow from change.

Move to a new city! Seriously 😉

When I moved to London I knew that I wanted to build a company, I had no clue about business and what it really meant but I knew what I wanted to learn and all my intentions where towards that goal.

Moving to a new country can be scary but I had traveled around the world, mostly solo for almost a year and a half and I have siblings here so that made things a bit easier.

But the challenges are what makes us grow and I had to figure out ways of living here while finding my way, from house sitting to sharing flat with friends and family, sleeping in a mattress on the floor, to working in the food to go section of a health store, to walking 40 minutes to take the train in the snow at 4am to sleep 5 hours and workout and eat rice and beans, all for the dream.

Some might have had it harder, it doesn’t matter, we all face challenges in this life, we all have our battles to win and our lessons to learn, what matters here is the proof that if you want something and your are stubborn enough to follow that call you will find a way to make it happen no matter the struggle.

Victim mentality is one where you get angry, annoyed and pissed off when things don’t go your way.

I used to hate this in others and one day I learned that I had been doing the same, nagging, whining, crying and complaining like a mediocre person would do and that’s what great people teach us, you whip your tears and stand up again no matter what happens.

Acknowledging the power within is knowing that even when things don’t go according to your plan there is a bigger plan and everything is going perfectly according to that plan.

Moving to a new country is the best learning experience you can gift to yourself.

It took me a year to feel like I am living in London and I know I have only seen a small glimpse of what the city can give.

You will only get as far as your beliefs. You want a different reality? Challenge your beliefs and question why you have been doing things the way you are doing them.

Jump! Take risks! Do things your way because if you never try you will never know if it works for you or not.

Five tips to stay motivated

I wrote this article a few weeks ago for Brightzine and I want to share it with you too.

When life gets hard sometimes is complicated to keep the same level of motivation that we have when we start a project. For some seems to be easier than for others but that doesn’t mean everybody has to make an effort. 

Motivation comes from discipline, commitment and an absolute desire to give your best in the task at hand. It comes from an all or nothing attitude that will help you rise the bar as many times as you need.

For me motivation comes from mindset and setting goals so big that I can’t stop bettering myself until I become the person who can live up to those goals. I’ve always been determined but this last year I have learned from the best how to really make things work and I will share with you 5 of the best tricks to keep your motivation high and make sure you hit those targets that will level up your life. 

1. REMEMBER THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND ANYBODY ELSE.

The only difference is that some believe in themselves despite the odds and other are too lazy to find solutions to the challenges.

Absolutely anything is possible. If you are willing to put the work and learn every single day how to make things happen.

2. FIND YOUR REASON WHY

Sit down with yourself and find the reason why you do the things you do, why you want the things you want, why you will sacrifice things now. Dig dip, ask yourself why is worth the time you are going to invest, why will you learn new skills, why will you do anything to reach that goal.

Your why must be so strong that there is nothing that can stop you from getting things done. 

It can be having failed in the past, it can be being done with mediocre results, it can be seeing others fail and trapped in the victim mentality, it can be the anger that you feel when you see that other people make it and you are still stuck, it can be wanting to help others, it can be wanting to help your parents, it can be whatever you want.

Just make sure it wakes you up early and fuels your days because not every day you will be motivated to keep going but having a strong reason why will keep you working.

Nobody has to understand your why, you don’t need to share it, just make sure it motivates you enough.

3. TAKE ACTION EVERY DAY 

Listening to podcasts won’t make you get leaner or stronger or get out of debt. Taking massive action will.

While it’s important to feed your mind with motivational content and I use it as fuel in the gym, playlists like Fearless Motivation or Andy Frisella’s podcast are my favourites when working out, it’s mandatory that you commit to take action every single day of your life towards that goal. No excuses! Podcasts and books are inspiring but you get the results by working on yourself.

If you find yourself living pay check to pay check maybe is time to learn more about finances and how the system really works; maybe you find yourself lacking confidence to ask for that pay rise and it’s time to work on your strengths and see what can you give to the position that nobody else can; maybe you are dreaming about opening a bakery and it’s time that you start looking for quotes and “how to” instead of focusing in the “don’t haves”

“Where there is a will there is a way!” 

4. PRIORITISE AND FOCUS 

There is only much that we can do but if we do it right we move forward at a faster speed. We tend to want to do it all at once and then we get overwhelmed and give up when we don’t see results.

Choose 2 to 3 goals to work on, write an strategy to achieve them and commit with yourself to make them happen no matter what.

Some days you will find yourself out of balance, some days you will feel amazing, some others you will feel like giving up, but never ever quit, keep going and when you realise the clarity that comes from focus you will learn, improve, research and turn projects that you had waiting into reality.

5.  WRITE YOUR VISION

Decide what it is that you want and more important, the actions that you need to do to get it done, set a specific deadline, be realistic (always dream big, huge dreams are achieved by breaking them into baby steps) and hold yourself accountable. Write a plan for the day, for the week, for the month. Review your vision every single day. 

My routine every morning is after my 20 minutes guided meditation I read my vision, to make sure that all my energy is focused on creating it.

They say do baby steps and yes, I agree that Rome wasn’t built in a day but it’s your life that we are talking about and if you aren’t hungry for more and willing to sacrifice your all…you won’t make it really far.

Ah! And remember this is a journey and be grateful, because having the chance to read, empower yourself and grow is a luxury that not everyone can access.
