We live in a world that feasts on the weak, that builds up on the weaknesses and because weakness and insecurity are beneficial for business society keeps feeding them. 

Everything has to be sugarcoated otherwise you are heartless and emotionless, a robot, but what sometimes we don’t realize is that life will beat your ass off, will kick your ass and let you rotten on the floor if you allow it. Nothing will ever be handed to you, life is not fair, it isn’t for anybody, but despite being not so easy you always have a choice. You can make it your bitch, if you dare!

Vivimos en un mundo que se alimenta de los débiles, que construye sobre las debilidades y porque las debilidades e inseguridades son beneficiosas para los negocios la sociedad continua alimentándolas.

Todo tiene que ser endulzado o de otros modos no tienes corazón y eres un robot sin emociones, pero lo que no solemos darnos cuenta es que la vida te pateará el culo, te dará un buen golpe y dejará que te pudras en el suelo si lo permites. Nada te será entregado, la vida no es justa, no lo es para nadie, pero a pesar de no ser tan fácil siempre tienes elección. Puedes hacer de ella tu puta, si te atreves!


The problem with this attitude of sugarcoating things is that it generates dishonesty, untruthfulness and negativity because you know something is not quite right in your gut but can’t really see through the bullshit you have been fed your whole life.

There was a time when I wish I had had someone kick my ass, not life, someone, someone to tell me: hey, you, wake up! You are doing something wrong! 


El problema con esta actitud de endulzar las cosas es que genera deshonestidad, falsedad y negatividad porque tu intuición te hace saber que algo no está del todo bien pero no eres capaz de ver a través de la bias de la que has estado alimentando toda tu vida.

Hubo un tiempo en el que deseé que alguien me diera la patada en el culo que necesitaba, no la vida, alguien, alguien que me dijera: eh tú! Despierta! Estás haciendo algo mal!


When we are kids is good to encourage the gifts, the marvelous, the magic within and to promote growth and expansion of the mind but once you are grown truth should be more powerful than faking it. 

The world is full of unaccomplished kids, adults that carry a kid inside their hearts as a burden, diseases grow, anger and negativity feasts on humanity and yet we dare to blame others for our own mistakes. I think is quite insane, don’t you think? 


Cuando somos niños es bueno recordarnos los regalos, lo maravilloso, la magia en nuestro interior y promover también el crecimiento y la expansión de la mente pero una vez creces la verdad debería ser más poderosa que fingir.

Este mundo esta lleno de niños con sueños que jamás se cumplieron, adultos que cargan dentro de ellos un niño como una carga pesada, las enfermedades crecen, la ira y la negatividad se alimentan de la humanidad y aún todavía tenemos el atrevimiento de culpar a otros por nuestros errores. Creo que es una locura, no crees?


Look inward, look inside, dare to look and tell me you are flawless, that you aren’t filled with mixed feelings, that you don’t have a shadow, that you wouldn’t hit someone that angers you, that you are a saint! Ha, gotcha! Nobody can, it’s been said and engraved in us that to be spiritually evolved you are kind, sweet and tender, that you don’t step on someone else’s zone, that you respect, but that servant mentality has people trapped in unwanted situations for life. 

It’s funny how the lower classes support restrictive laws more than the privileged. We live in a society that creates Stockholm syndrome in our minds, we are beaten up but we are still grateful for the pain because hey! we are alive and we have a rooftop over our heads.


Mira en tu interior, mira dentro, te reto a que mires y me digas que no tienes fallos, que no tienes sentimientos encontrados, que no tienes sombra, que no le darías un tortazo a alguien que te enfada, que eres santo! Ha, te tengo! Nadie puede, se ha dicho y se nos ha quedado grabado que para ser espiritualmente evolucionado eres amable, dulce y tierno, que no invades el espacio de otros, que respetas, pero esta mentalidad servil es lo que hace que las personas estén atrapadas de por vida en situaciones dolorosas.

Es gracioso como las clases más inferiores apoyan leyes restrictivas más que los privilegiados. Vivimos en una sociedad que crea el síndrome de Estocolmo en nuestras mentes, nos dan golpes pero todavía estamos agradecidos por el dolor porque hey! estamos vivos y tenemos un techo sobre nuestras cabezas.


Whilst I am a sucker for gratitude and I remind myself daily that being in the game is the journey I also wanted to share that depending and blaming on others is poison. 

But it’s the trend, nothing is ever nobody’s fault but “them”! Funny! 

Society is you, me, each one of us, we are, hence it’s in you to change yourself and generate a domino effect.

At some point you have to take responsibility and say even though it hurts like hell: I fucked up, gonna make it right this time! 


Aunque soy una fan de la gratitud y me recuerdo a mí misma cada día que estar en el juego es el viaje también quería compartir que depender y culpar a otros es veneno.

Pero es tendencia, nada es culpa de nadie pero de “ellos”! Que risa!

La sociedad eres tú, soy yo, cada uno de nosotros, somos, por lo tanto está en tu mano cambiarte a ti mismo y generar el efecto dominó.

En algún momento tienes que tomar responsabilidad y decir aunque duela a muerte: la jodí, lo haré bien esta vez!

  • You can’t stand criticism, every negative comment you take it personally and your skin is so thin that you would breakdown if you heard the truth. 
  • You are a people pleaser, a sucker for attention, love and positivity. Being left out  of the tribe gives you chills so you’d rather walk head down and fire within until the fire bends your back and you forget who you are.
  • You think you are the shit and you’d rather fake it than asking for help, exiting the situation, confronting someone, setting boundaries or simply believing in yourself and embracing your flaws and all. 
  • You overthink your every move when the truth is you do and if it goes not so good you do it again, better or differently. Focus on the end goal and let go of the how.
  • You think that you have time and the time to start never comes, remeber that today could be your last day, instead of getting depressed use this fact to move your ass and do something every day that moves you closer to the person that you see in your visions and you are capable of becoming.

*Bonus: You think you don’t deserve the abundance, wealth and success you are born to have so you don’t even bother and stay bitter and settle.

  • No soportas las críticas, te tomas los comentarios negativos a lo personal y tu piel es tan delicada que se rompería si escuchase la verdad.
  • Te gusta complacer a la gente, estás desesperado por atención, amor y positivismo. Quedarte fuera de la tribu te da escalofríos así que prefieres caminar con la cabeza agachada y un fuego en tu interior que dobla tu espalda y te olvidas de quien eres.
  • Crees que eres la hostia y prefieres seguir pretendiendo que pedir ayuda, salir de la situación, enfrentarte a alguien, poner límites o simplemente creer en ti mismo lo suficiente y aceptarte por complete con tus fallas incluídas.
  • Piensas demasiado cada paso que das cuando el truco está en hacer y si no sale tan bien lo vuelves a hacer mejor o diferente, enfócate en la meta final y deja de preocuparte en el cómo.
  • Crees que tienes tiempo y el momento de empezar nunca llega, recuerda que hoy podría ser tu último día, en lugar de deprimirte utiliza este hecho para mover el culo y hacer cada día algo que te acerque a la persona que ves en tus visiones y que eres capaz de ser.

Forget others.

What you supposedly owe others.

What they think you are.

What you are supposed to be doing because of your age, race, gender, nationality, whatever!

Forget all of it and have the balls to see the first step and take the stairs! Which sounds super cliche but it’s so true!

Who said you can’t do something? You are setting yourself for failure by limiting your creation!

You and your desire to please.

Get your shit together because as much as you can ask for help, listen to podcasts and read books, your life is your responsibility, everybody else is busy doing them. 

The fear of success is bigger than the fear of falling because if you succeed you fear being an outcast, an outsider, when the truth is, once you become who you are, once you absolutely follow who you are destined to be, the world will be there to hold your hand, a more honest and truthful part of the world. 

Some people will leave yes, they have to, you will be tested, you will be left with nothing but you, and that’s the miracle, discovering that no matter what you always have YOU! 

That’s your power!

5 Truths No One Will Tell You But You Need To Hear About Living With Courage.

Last year I bought all of Brené Brown‘s books after watching her TedTalk on vulnerability and immersed myself in her world of wisdom. While a lot of the things she writes are incredibly inspiring others seemed to me a bit cheesy and repetitive. A once and enough read in my opinion.

The best thing that I took from her books was that haters will hate but she fights them back saying: “If you’re not in the arena getting your butt kicked too, I’m not interested in your feedback.” I completely agree and I feel the freedom to express my opinion because yes, my ass is getting kicked in the arena.

Number 1:

Daring greatly seems a bit daunting when you come from a place of living following the rules of the status quo, years of conditioning aren’t erased in a night and it takes a ton of will power and hunger to actually make bigger changes, faster, for the long term.

Number 2:

Living with courage is scarry and risky, you will fall, you will get hurt, you will cry, you will rise and you will fly. Why? Because to find your courage you have to dig deeper, deal with your issues, let go of the past and become who you decide to be. You always have tools at hand though if you are willing to pursue the journey of a lifetime! Courage opens the doors to opportunity!

Number 3: 

You will have to shred people like dead skin, leave friends and family if needed behind, your identity, your belongings, whatever it is that can hold you back and stop you from your growth. You will have to let go of the attachment of what once was and what you thought could be to truly pursue what you desire.

Number 4: 

What happens when you don’t know what you want? you may ask. Well, then you find the courage to keep trying things and learning from every experience until something clicks and you choose to go all in, until then, try every single thing that calls your attention and be brave to not give af* about what could happen if something goes wrong, adventures start with a relentless fire and are written along the way!

Every single scar will have a story, one day everything will make sense and it will be ok. Everything in your life has been placed there for you to grow, it’s up to you to take on the challenge of the epic story of the life you can create. The ultimate 5 TIPS to help YOU stick to a new habit.

For me the key to success is in achieving goals, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly that summed up will make your life the success you dream of. 

Although the definition of success is very broad and personal and here are some of the most succesful people in the world and their own personal definitions of success.

The one that stands out for me is the definition of Stephen Covey, author of “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People“, a must read if you want to have more resources to speed up your growth:

“If you carefully consider what you want to be said of you in the funeral experience,” he writes in the book, “you will find your definition of success.”

Starting a new habit is hard, being honest with yourself that you must change something in your life is hard, admitting it and taking action towards implementing change is hard. Or that’s what you tend to believe.

Change is hard or so you believe and some of the reasons why you don’t stick to a new habit for long are: 

  • You aren’t motivated enough. 
  • You talk yourself out of it because you don’t really believe you can do it. 
  • You are not consistent enough and after starting you miss a few days and get back to being where you started. 
  • You listen to others who aren’t where you want to be but they are your friends or family and they must want you good so why give you a bad advice, right? WRONG!
  • You start too many new habits at a time and don’t follow through.  

The list could go on and on because the list of excuses we make when we don’t want to face the truth is endless. 

Here is another truth for you, starting a new habit can be easy, sticking to it as well, and it’s all up to your mindset and developing a consistent routine that will help you achieve those goals faster. 

My first tip that will help you stick to that new habit you want to implement in your life to better it is: start with 1 or 2 habits at a time. Let’s say you want to start meditation and eating healthy, good, introduce both practices in your daily to do list as a must do.

The second tip will be just START and start with small steps, going from eating junk daily to eating whole foods takes a lot of will power so start with a meal a day, few poses of yoga, 30 minutes of exercise or meditating 10 minutes a day during 4 weeks. After those 4 weeks level up and do 20 minutes of meditation or 2 healthy meals a day, 45 minutes of training etc You get the point.

Third tip? Observe your thought patterns. Watch how your mind talks you out of your new habit. This can happen even to an experienced meditation master, to an athlete, to a successful person, we will be tested, your mind will play all kinds of tricks to keep you in the comfort zone, even if that comfort zone is a place where you are unhappy somehow is better than the unknown. Be self aware and continue moving forward, you are always in control of your choices.

My fourth tip to help you start a new habit and actually sticking to it is, never ever miss 2 days, never cheat two meals in a row. With this one as always I use my passion for fitness to set the example, let’s say you have started a new diet plan because you have a specific and challenging goal in mind, you are pushing your limits and moving past the plateau you found yourself at (you can apply this to anything in life because whenever you reach a limit in any area of your life that means you are in a plateau, mentally, physically, financially, emotionally or spiritually). So, if you slip one day or cheated one meal, make sure the day after you catch up full on, no excuses, you train harder, control your food intake and make sure you remember what happens if you miss one day. Your mind gets stronger with time and so do your habits.

My fifth tip? Be accountable, tell your closest friends what you want to achieve, have people around you who will be super honest with you, it’s better to listen to the hard truth than living in a delusion. Be accountable and consistent and you will see results!

How can I achieve my goals faster?

Well, first of all make sure you have clear goals and then use this 5 simple steps, you can apply them to anything that you do in life:

1. Focus on 2 or 3 goals at a time. When you see the big picture, break down the bigger goals in smaller phases and stick to them until successful. How do you know you have achieved a goal? Here comes the second step.

2. Set targets, set deadlines and measure your results. The same way you measure yourself when training in the gym measure your results in any other aspect of your life. Put some pressure, challenge your limits! It’s all your mindset! Are you a winner or a cry baby? Simple question!

3. Understand that patience will cost you the game and you have to learn to balance the drive to succeed with the patience of the marathon that is the succesful life you are creating.

4. Ask for help, there are people who have been where you want to be that can help you reach your goals faster. The master appears when the student is ready and once it does it’s responsibility of the student to dive deep in whatever the subject of study is.

5. Consistency and discipline. Even when you feel like there is no progress the simple fact of showing up and doing the same things over and over, over time prove that you are comitted and results will show.

10 self love tips

Self love can’t live in us half way, self love is loving ourselves fully and it takes the courage of diving deep and owning the lies we are telling ourselves.

Self love can’t be faked, you must love every wrinkle and tummy rolls, small boobs or whatever that it is you are trying to hide or you are not loving in yourself.

Fake self love is when you allow the exterior to determine your value, when if you don’t receive flattering comments or you get rejected then you crumble and crush because your confidence is tied to external validation.

The beauty industry, fashion and fitness is built around this. Women like to be adored, we are born to be worshiped but for that to happen we must, and I say again MUST, worship ourselves before.

Facing the mirror, naked, without makeup, without posing, without facing your best angle, raw, as you are and working every day to love every inch of that body, that’s what we women must be doing daily until the full acceptance of our temple shines through and from every pore of our skin.

I love makeup, I love dressing up, I love fancy clothes and feeling like a Queen but true beauty comes from the knowing of our flaws and being ok with them.

I agree with cosmetic surgery, high heels and sexy clothes. All of it is part of the fun of being a woman and I enjoy it. But it can’t be a fix for something that it’s lacking inside.

This is my project this month of March and let me tell you, it’s hard, but I know that if I do the work and build up the discipline of facing the parts I like less something will grow from the inside out.

There is power in waking up and looking to yourself in the eye, admitting that you might not look your best but the fire in your eyes is something to admire because, hey girl! You made it till here! Overcoming obstacles, inner demons, fears and life challenges that at some point seemed impossible to climb.

My 10 self love tips?

  • knowing my body type, finding someone who inspires me to reach my fitness goals and keep pushing in the gym.
  • learning about eating habits.
  • facing my reflection in the mirror because I am more than my body.
  • never settling for less than what I want, setting goals and committing to make things happen.
  • detoxing myself from habits, people, places, situations, that lower my vibration.
  • meditation.
  • drinking loads of water.
  • going for what I want.
  • understanding that life is a journey and rushing it won’t get me anywhere sooner, patience.
  • there are no mistakes, I always win because every experience is moving me forward to the next better experience for my growth and providing me with clarity and more tools to keep rising, inner strength.

How to improve your mindset.

When you think about your life do you act or do you react?

When things don’t go your way do you see opportunity for growth or feel like everything is against you?

What if I told you that you are exactly where you are meant to be, there is absolutely nothing that you could have done in the past to change your present.

All of it, the good and the bad, every single detail was meant to grow you into the amazing being you are becoming today and where you are heading is all in your hands.

When we leave our lives in the hands of external forces we are leaving our power in the hands of others.

When we connect with our higher selves and leave the Universe to guide our path then synchronicity takes over and people, books and signs appear non stop.

But, did you know that the signs are there all day every day, inside you? That voice deep down longing for you to listen, that voice calling you to dance, to write, to move to another country, to tell that person you like them, that voice telling you to take leaps of faith, that voice asking you to follow your heart. That’s who you truly are.

Your inner voice will only take you to your highest evolution, there is no fear, only fun experiences and the flow of a life that is being created from your inside and projected to the outside world.

How to connect?

Meditate. Meditate and face all those fears, face your past, embrace the pain, face the feelings you are pushing away, face the shame, the guilt and the regret. You are not there anymore, you aren’t guilty, you are meant to suffer in the now for something that it’s not even real anymore. Cry, wash your tears and grow up! 

Meditate, find your way of breathing, sit how you feel more comfortable, face the ugliest parts of you and question every single thing, why you feel the way you feel, why you are closed in a box, all the taboos, why you are limiting your being from fulfilling the dreams one day you thought to be possible.

Devote 20 minutes of your day, wake up earlier if you need to, or before bed. Those 20 minutes are for you to clear the space in your head, to break for once and for all the walls that are holding you back.

Take a month to start, be patient, it takes time, is a discipline, it will get better and better, you will have to learn to make the difference between what’s the ego and what’s your inner pilot light. Don’t be hard on yourself, cry, scream, break something if you need to. You should be angry for holding yourself back but be compassionate, embrace and forgive yourself. And day by day you will see the blooming of your true self bursting from every pore of your skin and touching the souls of others.

Take action, make a plan and make things happen!
